Broken Ranks is a place that does not forgive weakness. Lands, where humans carved their enclaves in the wilderness, are ruled by ruthless laws of history and politics. Become a Taernian who was forced to leave their homeland due to the invasion by Utorian hordes. Learn more about your character’s history and shape their future by altering the fate of the Taernian fight for freedom.

Apart from epic, world-changing events, you will also encounter elements of difficult everyday life, like giving away your daughter in exchange for coal or helping a beaten prostitute…

You will experience many plot twists where, for example, during an investigation, you are conducting, you will find out that the ghosts haunting the well are just a bunch of drunkards faced with the economic realities of poverty (no access to the local moonshine).

7 CHARACTER CLASSES

Most games of this genre are based on a system of classes and skills… Broken Ranks is no exception, but the uniqueness of every class lets you gradually discover the tactical depths of the combat system. You will become a full-blown strategist in no time! You will be able to choose one of the seven classes: Barbarian, Fire Mage, Archer, Voodoo, Sheed, Druid, or Knight. 

TACTICAL, TURN-BASED COMBAT SYSTEM

An entertaining battle – that is what many players enjoy the most! Combining turn-based combat with a clock that counts down the round time resulted in a very dynamic system. Adding team battles against other players into the mix makes the combat in Broken Ranks really thrilling and unique in the world of games.
