Combining both the Roguelite and Deckbuilding genres, Arcanium: Rise of Akhan is an open-world strategy game that have you creating a party of three heroes who will go on a journey to save the world of Arzu. This is not a simple task though — they will have to destroy the evil fiend, Akham the Calamity. Arcanium: Rise of Akhan features two modes; Adventure and Arena. Adventure mode allows free movement on the map allowing you to select your battles, events you participate in, training, or shops to visit to customize your team. If you just want to battle, Arena allows you to skip over the adventure components and allows players to progress through fights that increase in difficulty until you defeat the boss.
Arcanium: Rise of Arkhan is sure to appeal to fans of other card-battling titles like Slay the Spire and Monster Train and is sure to be a welcome addition to the collections of roguelite games with deckbuilding.
