Xbox fans have been the recipients of a lot of good news recently, and November 14 is set to introduce a lot of fresh content across several games.

The Xbox platform was significantly bolstered recently with the global approval of its Activision-Blizzard acquisition, marking the finalization of the most expensive acquisition in gaming history. While many fans are focused on the future and what kind of perks this move will bring, there are still a lot of unrelated happenings in the very near future that are still worthy of attention and excitement.
November 14 is a not-so-distant date that is set to bring an abundance of anticipated content to the Xbox platform, with three popular Xbox Game Pass titles receiving exciting updates. Fans of the Age of Empires, Halo, and Forza franchises should pay close attention to November 14, with installments of these IPs all receiving huge boosts of content on the upcoming date.
November 14 Will See Updates For Three Popular Xbox Titles

The fact that three popular titles are all receiving large-scale updates on the same day may be purely coincidental, but they are all linked by their presence on the popular Xbox Game Pass service. In all, November 14 will bring content updates to the following releases:
- Age of Empires 4
- Halo Infinite
- Forza Motorsport
November 14: Age of Empires 4: The Sultans Ascend

Age of Empires 4 is set to launch its The Sultans Ascend expansion on November 14, bringing the popular RTS title to the Middle East. The expansion will feature a detailed new campaign centered around the Holy Crusades, as well as the introduction of two brand-new playable civilizations in Age of Empires 4, the Japanese and the Byzantines. In total, The Sultans Ascend expansion for Age of Empires 4 includes:
- Two new civilizations
- Four new variant civilizations
- Eight new campaign missions
- Ten new maps
- Two new biomes
Sadly, The Sultans Ascend expansion is not included for free via a Game Pass membership, despite Age of Empires 4 being a part of the service. There is some good news, however, with active Game Pass subscribers being able to purchase the expansion at a 10% discount when it launches on November 14.

Halo Infinite is also set for some exciting introductions on November 14, with the date heralding the release of the Combined Arms operation. Operations are a new type of content delivery for Halo Infinite, with Combined Arms coming as part of Season 5 of the title. Infinite‘s Operations are set to replace the “Events” system that the game has enjoyed in the past, with Operations still being themed in-game events that can last between four and six weeks.
Season 5 of Halo Infinite is going to be split between two Operations, with Combined Arms being the first. Each Operation will come with a free 20-Tier Operations Pass, with players having the choice to upgrade to a Premium Pass that has more attractive rewards. Combined Arms will last until December 19, when it will be replaced by another Operation named Winter Contingency 3. Through Game Pass, players will have complete access to Halo Infinite and its upcoming Operations at no extra cost.
