March 28 is a Big Day for Xbox Game Pass
Xbox Game Pass will be adding not one, not two, but three games on March 28, each of which are super solid additions to the service.

Xbox Game Pass is often hailed as the best-valued subscription service in gaming, and it’s hard to argue with that. There are constant additions every week, and most of the time, the additions outpace the removals on the service. Not every game added is everyone’s cup of tea, but it adds so many games that someone somewhere is likely setting up teatime. For example, Game Pass’ addition of Terra Invicta isn’t for everyone, but fans of sci-fi and grand strategy games are eating well with it. And a lot more fans will be on March 28, too.
Xbox Game Pass will add Diablo 4, Open Roads, and Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged on March 28. Open Roads and Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 will be available on every platform that supports Xbox Game Pass, while Diablo 4 will be skipping Cloud but appearing on PC and console. Each of these games support a different target audience, ensuring fans across the spectrum have something to enjoy on March 28.
Xbox Game Pass — Diablo 4
More Diablo 4 News
Diablo 4 hardly needs any introduction, as its addition heralds the era of Activision Blizzard games on Xbox Game Pass. Fans have been eagerly awaiting this, and it stands to reason many more games will follow. On the other hand, it’s worth noting how Diablo 4 has struggled to maintain its playerbase in the months after launch, and its addition to Xbox Game Pass offers an instant bump to its audience if it manages to keep pushing things in the right direction. Xbox Game Pass could be the medicine that cures the ailing Diablo 4, especially with Season 3 making the right strides in some areas, with Season 4 coming in May, and the Vessels of Hatred DLC adding a new class and more in the coming months. It all remains to be seen, but an instant bump to the player base via Game Pass + looting dungeon crawl gameplay + the pedigree of Diablo 4 could be a winning formula.
Xbox Game Pass — Open Roads

Of course, Diablo 4 is quite an intensive game, and some subscribers may want something more relaxing. They’ll be getting that in the day one Xbox Game Pass release of Open Roads. It is described as an “interactive movie mystery-thriller video game” as players utilize an extensive dialog tree and make several choices as Opal and her daughter, Tess, as they investigate a family mystery. It’s similar to many parent-child games, not necessarily even unlike Kratos and Atreus’ adventures, as they embark on a road trip, interact with one another, and unravel the mystery. Opal is played by Keri Russell; Tess is played by Kaitlyn Dever.
Xbox Game Pass — Hot Wheels Unleashed 2: Turbocharged

If unraveling a movie-like mystery or looting your way through a dungeon isn’t scratching any particular itch, the racing in Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 just might. The game features a multitude of Hot Wheels-styled vehicles, including two new types over the original (motorcycles and ATVs), and each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. Each hot wheel can be customized, there are plenty of fun and unique tracks, and a plethora of game modes ranging from elimination events to drift challenges, and much more. It’s great for Hot Wheel fans and fans of racing games in general. Of course, none of these games may be what someone wants, but April is right around the corner.
