The Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree Dryleaf Dane set can be found in the Recluses River. However, you should try to meet up with Dryleaf Dane himself in Moorth Ruins.

Moorth Ruins: The Dryleaf Dane duel

- Clear Castle Ensis to reach the Highroad Cross Site of Grace. Pick up the Monk’s Missive and “May the Best Win” emote.
- Go east to Moorth Ruins to find Dryleaf Dane. Use the “May the Best Win” emote while facing him to trigger a duel.
- Defeat Dryleaf Dane to receive the Dane’s Hat (armor) and Dryleaf Arts (unarmed martial arts “weapon” so to speak).
Recluses River: Dryleaf Seal
Now that you have a monk’s hat, you might wonder where to acquire the full Dryleaf Dane set in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree. For this, you must gain access to Recluses River, which is actually a secret area. We’ve got all the details for you in our Recluses River/Abyssal Woods guide.
Assuming you have access to this area, continue following the river downstream until you see a shrine with Gravebirds. There, you’ll find the Dryleaf Seal. There’s also a message from Dane that says: “I shall find my center under the cascading waters.”

The above clue points to the base of the waterfall. So, just continue going south along the river until you come across a chasm. You can either take the left-hand path, which requires you to hop on ledges jutting out of the cliff face, or the right-hand path, which is crawling with Man-Fly enemies. Once you’ve reached the bottom of the waterfall, pick up the glowing item orb to receive the Dryleaf Robe, Dryleaf Arm Wraps, and Dryleaf Cuissardes.
