We create magical moments for people of all ages and backgrounds that help them move one step closer to a dream role in the games industry. We run programs like volunteer network the Video Games Ambassadors, Career Stages at major events like WASD & EGX , and industry expert-led courses Into Games Sprints.

Since 2018, our initiatives have helped over 100,000 young people access games careers information, connected them with over 2000 games industry volunteers, and created over 250 new entry-level roles in games for young people from underrepresented groups. We support everyone with a passion to succeed in games, but have a specific focus on underserved groups, especially those from low socio-economic backgrounds.

• Our work with underrepresented talent has helped hundreds of young BIPOC, gender diverse, low-income and neurodiverse game-makers land their first ever job in the games industry
• Into Games Clubs have helped over 1000 school children make their first video game, and meet developers from local studios
• Our Into Games Bursary has provided free tickets for the biggest games events, supporting over 100 developers from deprived backgrounds attend their first ever conference
