One of the biggest leaks in Call of Duty just keeps on giving.

Saturday proved to be one of the biggest days in Call of Duty history, when a large portion of Black Ops 6’s multiplayer leaked online via a PlayStation 4 alpha build. Of those leaks were 20 multiplayer maps, including the return of Nuketown, as well as detailed information about the game’s UI, customizable HUD and how omnimovement will work. Like we said, massive.
Information is still trickling out, and it appears that, when Black Ops 6 launches on October 25, its multiplayer maps will be interactive. Of course, players will be able to vault over obstacles, jump off rooftops and slide as their heart desires, but the maps themselves will have hidden areas that will be accessible to players. Those areas will seemingly add a layer of complexity to the long-running first-person shooter franchise.
Press “X” To Open The Bookcase
As originally shared on Twitter, an unnamed Black Ops 6 multiplayer map has several interactable elements. The video, which is below, showcases the player character opening a hidden bookcase to reveal an entire underground area of the map.
From there, the player is shown maneuvering through what appears to be a ventilation system before making their way to an elevator shaft and heading back to the core part of the map.
Another intriguing element happens at the very end, where the player has the ability to press “Square” to “Deactivate Security.” It remains to be seen what exactly can be activated or deactivated, but perhaps finding that hidden area of the map will allow the team to mess with the enemy team.
Either way, it’s another interesting addition to the game. Already, the omnimovement system looks to reinvigorate the gameplay, while a customizable HUD will allow players to tailor things exactly how they’d like.
The Multiplayer Theme Music Is Unmatched
Of course, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention the leak of the Black Ops 6 menu music. And, in typical Black Ops fashion, the piece is an absolute gem.
Check it out:
If you ask us, it gives heavy Black Ops 2 vibes. Either way, this is definitely the type of tune that will have fans itching to spend hours in the multiplayer suite. October can’t come soon enough.
