Fortnite’s Remix Week 4 update features Juice WRLD-themed content and popular Chapter 2 additions.
Patch notes for Fortnite’s Remix Week 4 update specify the return of popular Chapter 2 content and a substantial tribute to the late rapper Juice WRLD. The battle royale’s recent season has included exciting additions catering to other rap stars, including Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Ice Spice. Fortnite players can dive into the Juice WRLD and Chapter 2 content for a healthy dose of nostalgia and to honor the rapper’s career.
The online behemoth from Epic Games entered the gaming scene in 2017 as a free-to-play experience and has since become a cultural phenomenon. With several modes to choose from, including Save the World and Lego Fortnite, there’s something for gamers of all interests to enjoy. Fortnite Remix has already offered a wealth of Bonus Rewards and Super Styles for its duration, with up to 50 Battle Pass goodies, and fans also have an end-of-chapter in-game concert to look forward to this month.
Announced in a blog post on Fortnite’s website, the team confirmed a special thank you for players who have recently shown their love for Juice WRLD’s music. The cel-shaded Slayer Juice WRLD Outfit was confirmed to be available to players who log in between November 25 9am ET and November 30 10pm ET. Additionally, fans can claim several other items for their Locker, including the 999 Knives Pickaxe, 999 Knives Back Bling, and a Juice WRLD Loading Screen with art by Takashi Murakami. Fortnite players can also obtain Juice Wrld’s Chug Cannon quite easily on the map, culminating in a sizable tribute to the late star.
