Treyarch is running a Double XP event in Black Ops 6 from now until January 3.
To celebrate the festive season, Treyarch is running a nearly two week long Double XP event for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 that will end on January 3.

The event also includes Double Weapon XP, so now’s the perfect time to grind for those camos. Especially with the new Zombies map and Jingle Hells mode. If only we still had Double Gobblegums, eh?

On top of the Double XP week, Treyarch also announced that every single reward in Archie’s Festival Frenzy will be given out to players “at the end of the event, so everyone can play at their own pace.” This includes the new AMR Mod 4 sniper rifle which you get for unlocking every item on the pass.
However, several players report being given everything for free prior to this announcement, anyway, a problem I also ran into. Despite not having played at all during the event, I logged in and found that I had enough Jolly Archies to unlock every item ten times over. So, you might already have the rewards by now, even if you haven’t played much.
But if you didn’t already get everything for free, you’ll find it waiting for you when the event ends on January 3. After that, CODMAS 2024 will be over and things will go back to normal while we wait for Season 2, which begins on January 28.
