Marvel Rivals players can claim the Carved Traveler skin for Groot by completing Midnight Features 2 quests.

Marvel Rivals players can claim the new Carved Traveler skin for Groot when they complete the Minight Features 2 quests in the popular hero shooter. NetEase Games has just released its major mid-season update for Marvel Rivals, which added Human Torch and The Thing to its ever-expanding roster. Players can also experience the new Central Park map, which has been taken over by Dracula and his evil army.
Groot is a unique Vanguard in Marvel Rivals, as he has the unusual ability to create walls on the battlefield. His Thornlash Wall will actually help him attack nearby enemies as vines erupt to strike out at foes Groot is fighting. Meanwhile, his Ironwood Wall is incredibly sturdy and provides defensive benefits. As Groot attacks nearby enemies, he is able to gain bonus health until the barrier is destroyed. Combined with a robust health pool, these unique abilities give Groot the power to reshape the battlefield in order to aid allies and hinder enemies.
Marvel Rivals players who log into the game by March 21 will be able to complete the Midnight Features 2 quests to claim the free Carved Traveler costume for Groot. The skin gives the hero a darker color scheme with deep brown wood and a tattered gray scarf hanging loosely over his shoulders. He even has words carved into his bark and barbed wire wrapped around his arms, waist, and legs. Similarly, players who completed the first round of Midnight Features quests were able to claim a free skin for Thor in Marvel Rivals.

The front page of the digital newspaper even gives players their first close-up look at Blade, who is rumored to be coming as a playable hero in Season 2.
Players looking for more free cosmetics may want to consider getting into the game’s Competitive mode.
