Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 may be collaborating with Mission: Impossible, according to a reliable leaker.
A Call of Duty leaker and industry insider has teased a potential collaboration between Black Ops 6 and the smash-hit action series, Mission: Impossible?????. Since its launch in October 2024, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has collaborated with numerous TV shows, movie franchises, and various other entertainment properties. While the shooter is quickly approaching the halfway point of its life cycle, it looks like there could still be plenty more crossovers in store for fans.
In the first six months of its release, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has already collaborated with the likes of Squid Game, The Terminator, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and, most recently, Jay and Silent Bob. Unfortunately, many of these collaborations have left the game’s community dissatisfied. From extortionate bundle prices to lackluster events, it seems as though every new crossover has missed the mark with fans. One of the game’s most recent collaborations was with The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but players were left outraged after discovering they’d need to spend almost $100 if they wanted to obtain all four Turtle operator skins and the limited-time Premium Event Pass, which included even more rewards.
Call of Duty Leaker Teases Mission: Impossible Collab
Industry insider TheGhostOfHope, who has accurately leaked previous Call of Duty news in the past, has now teased a potential collaboration between Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Mission: Impossible?????. In a new post on Twitter, the leaker posted an image of Tom Cruise and Black Ops 6 with the famous Mission: Impossible quote, “Your mission, should you choose to accept it,” seemingly hinting at a new crossover. Given the upcoming release of Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning and Call of Duty‘s previous collaborations with action franchises such as Die Hard and Rambo, it doesn’t come as much of a surprise to see such a crossover making its way to Black Ops 6.
Details on the collaboration are scarce, as publisher Activision is yet to confirm the accuracy of the leak. However, should TheGhostOfHope be correct once again, there’s a strong chance that it will be similar to previous Black Ops 6 events. Usually, major collaborations include a free and premium Event Pass for players to level up for in-game rewards, such as new operator skins, weapon blueprints, and various other cosmetic items. The event could also see new store bundles introduced to the game, likely featuring some iconic characters from the Mission: Impossible franchise, such as Ethan Hunt. For now, however, fans will need to wait until Activision officially announces the collaboration for more details.

For Battle Royale fans, the update featured the long-awaited return of Verdansk, Warzone‘s very first Battle Royale map. With upgraded visuals and some returning gameplay features, fans have been absolutely loving the map’s return. For Black Ops 6 players, Season 3 introduced new multiplayer maps, modes, weapons, and more.
