Bethesda has officially acknowledged the existence of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered, with plans to unveil the game on Tuesday, April 22. The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered has been gaming’s worst-kept secret. The game initially was leaked years ago, and more recently, reliable insiders have claimed that the Oblivion remaster would be released the week of April 21.

There were some that even believed the Oblivion remaster would be released on April 21 itself. In fact, Xbox Customer Support claimed as much. The Oblivion remaster showing up in Steam libraries only added more fuel to the fire. But while we now know that the Oblivion remaster isn’t shadow dropping on April 21, we do know that the game will most likely be shadow dropped on April 22 instead.
