Xbox Game Pass Update Adds 2 More Games for May 2025
Xbox Game Pass adds Firefighting Simulator and Police Simulator for subscribers to enjoy.

Xbox Game Pass has been updated yet again, with subscribers now having Firefighting Simulator: The Squad and Police Simulator: Patrol Officers to play with their subscription. Xbox Game Pass subscribers are treated to new games on a regular basis, with fresh titles added to the service throughout each month.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers have been especially busy since April 2025, which saw the likes of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Blue Prince, and The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered added to the Ultimate tier, among others. Those on the Xbox Game Pass Standard tier have also been treated to a variety of new game additions, with the latest available across the Standard, Ultimate, and PC Game Pass tiers.
The newest games added to Xbox Game Pass are Firefighting Simulator: The Squad and Police Simulator: Patrol Officers. As their titles suggest, these games simulate the jobs of firefighters and police officers. Both games earned mixed reviews from critics, but making them available through Xbox Game Pass means subscribers can try without paying anything beyond what they already do for their subscription fee. This way, subscribers can play both Firefighting Simulator: The Squad and Police Simulator: Patrol Officers without any real financial commitment and come to their own conclusions about the two games.

There are even more new Xbox Game Pass games for subscribers to look forward to before May 2025 comes to a close. Microsoft has yet to make an official announcement about the Xbox Game Pass Wave 2 games, but release date reveals have confirmed that To a T is coming to the service on May 28 and Spray Paint Simulator will be added on May 29. Both To a T and Spray Paint Simulator are day one releases and will only be available to those that are signed up for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Looking ahead, the new Xbox Game Pass games for June 2025 are starting to take shape as well. The Alters is on deck for June 13, followed by FBC: Firebreak on June 17, Rematch on June 19, and Against the Storm‘s console port on June 26. July has Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 coming on July 11 and Wuchang: Fallen Feathers joining the lineup on July 24, while August 26 will see the release of Gears of War: Reloaded. Needless to say, it should be a very busy summer for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, especially since we don’t know all the new additions yet.
