Marvel Rivals is releasing the Immortal Sovereign skin for Scarlet Witch on May 22.

Marvel Rivals has released gameplay footage of the upcoming Immortal Sovereign skin for the Duelist Scarlet Witch in the popular hero shooter, which is scheduled to release in the game’s store on May 22 at 7 PM PDT. The Immortal Sovereign skin will be added to the game with Marvel Rivals‘ upcoming May 22 patch, which won’t require any downtime when it releases. In addition to adding new cosmetics, NetEase Games has confirmed that it will now allow players to place five sprays on a map at the same time. Many players have been asking for the ability to place more than one spray on the map during a match since the game was released in December 2024. NetEase Games also announced that it would be bringing some fan-favorite bundles back to the store, though it didn’t mention exactly which bundles would be returning.
In a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games gave players a first look at gameplay of the upcoming Immortal Sovereign skin for Scarlet Witch in Marvel Rivals, which is scheduled to release in the store on May 22 at 7 PM PDT. The footage shows the hero in a classic red and purple costume, though her hair, eyes, and ribbons have a bright golden glow. Her emote also seems to summon a transparent dragon that coils around the hero.
Marvel Rivals’ ‘Immortal Sovereign’ Skin for Scarlet Witch Releases May 22
Scarlet Witch isn’t the only hero getting fresh cosmetics, as the Immortal Sovereign costume will be released alongside the Immortal Avatar skin for the Strategist Adam Warlock in Marvel Rivals. The outfit shows the hero in a black and gold outfit with two golden dragon heads around the hero’s shoulders. As of writing, there’s no official word about how much either skin or their bundles will cost.
NetEase Games has also brought back Marvel Rivals‘ Season 0 battle pass for a limited time, though players who want to purchase it will need to act fast. The battle pass is scheduled to leave the game once again on May 29, and there’s no telling if or when it could return in the future. NetEase Games has said that it is considering bringing back older battle passes from time to time, though they will cost more Lattice than when they made their initial debut. With so much content to enjoy and even more on the way, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
