Players can claim the Burnoff skin for free on Fortnite by logging into the app on any iOS or Android device.

Fortnite has announced that players now have the ability to claim the Burnoff skin for free by logging into the app on any iOS or Android device. Epic Games recently launched Fortnite‘s first Star Wars-themed mini-season, which has added iconic characters like Emperor Palpatine, General Grievous, and Mace Windu to the game.
After being unavailable in the United States for several years, Fortnite has returned to iOS devices. Epic Games and Apple were engaged in an ongoing legal dispute for years, which resulted in the popular battle royale being unavailable on the United States App Store. A court recently ruled that Apple had to allow Fortnite back on the platform, which resulted in Epic Games submitting the title for review. Apple ignored the submission and even blocked Fortnite from returning, which led to the game being unavailable on iOS devices worldwide. The court then demanded that Apple explain its actions, which resulted in Fortnite being approved and becoming available on the mobile platform once again.
In a recent post on Twitter, Epic Games announced that players can now claim another free skin in Fortnite by logging into the app on any Android or iOS device. The skin is called Burnoff and players in every region are eligible to receive it by logging in on their mobile device. Gamers looking to claim the free skin will be able to do so through June 17, at which point the promotion will end.

Players also have the ability to earn the Iridia Vayne skin for free in the popular battle royale by partying up with friends and completing quests. In order to complete the quests, gamers will need to be grouped up and earn XP in a combination of Epic-published experiences and creator-made experiences in Fortnite. Players will be able to complete the challenges from May 23 through June 7 to earn Iridia Vayne and a wide variety of other cosmetics.
While Epic Games’ legal battle with Apple may be over, Fortnite is now being sued by SAG-AFTRA for its recent use of AI. During its Galactic Battle mini-season, Epic Games introduced an AI version of the iconic Star Wars character Darth Vader. After defeating the Sith Lord in combat, he will join a player’s squad. At that point, it’s possible for gamers to have fully-voiced conversations with the NPC, which has resulted in a lot of content creators posting clips of their experiences online. Despite a few hiccups here and there, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Fortnite.
