These Are the Free PS Plus Games for June 2025
PlayStation Plus subscribers get 3 free games starting June 3, which can be kept forever as long as subscribed.

PlayStation Plus subscribers have three free games to claim for June 2025, with all three titles set to be available beginning Tuesday, June 3. Every month, PlayStation Plus subscribers are treated to a fresh batch of free games, with these titles available across all three tiers of the service. And unlike the Extra and Premium tier games, the free PS Plus games can be kept forever as long as one stays subscribed to the service.
Sony’s free PS Plus game offerings have earned a somewhat mixed reception this year. Some months have been met with a great deal of fanfare, while some of the other free PS Plus games have not been as popular. The free PS Plus games for May 2025 – still available at the time of this writing – included GOTY nominee Balatro, and so this past month has been one of the more exciting ones for subscribers.
It will be interesting to see how PlayStation Plus subscribers react to the next batch of free games. Starting June 3, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to add the Alone in the Dark remake, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, and NBA 2K25 to their digital libraries. The Alone in the Dark remake is a survival-horror game starring David Harbour and Jodie Comer that earned mixed reviews at the time of its release last year, but may still appeal to fans of the genre. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, meanwhile, is an action-adventure game that has been compared to Jet Set Radio and earned mostly positive reviews. And finally, NBA 2K25 is the latest installment in the long-running and hugely successful basketball game franchise.

The free PS Plus games for June 2025 coincide with the latest Days of Play event, which includes special discounts for new subscribers and those upgrading their subscription to higher tiers. The Days of Play promotion also includes a bonus PS Plus game that subscribers can check out right now.
Starting now, Destiny 2: The Final Shape is available to PS Plus subscribers across all tiers. The Final Shape is the critically-acclaimed Destiny 2 expansion from last year that brought the main storyline to an end after a decade. Getting the expansion for free is a great perk for PS Plus subscribers, but those signed up for the Extra and Premium tiers can look forward to even more free Destiny 2 content.
Also as part of the Days of Play event, bonus games are coming to the PS Plus Extra and Premium tiers. Destiny 2: Legacy Collection joins Extra on June 4, while Another Crab’s Treasure is coming on May 29, Skull and Bones is being added on June 2, and Grand Theft Auto 3: The Definitive Edition is joining the lineup on June 10. PS Plus Premium subscribers, meanwhile, can look forward to Myst and Riven joining the service on June 5.
