Konami confirms that it will air a Press Start livestream on Thursday, June 12.

Konami has officially announced its upcoming summer showcase – Press Start – which is set to take place in the coming days. The livestream promises fresh updates on some of Konami’s most highly-anticipated upcoming projects, and could potentially reveal even more.
Summer is often a big time for game announcements, and the past week has been no different to this trend. Major events like PlayStation‘s June State of Play, Summer Game Fest, and the 2025 Xbox Games Showcase aired in the last few days and shed light on a slew of brand-new games, including Capcom’s long-awaited Resident Evil Requiem. Although Konami debuted new trailers for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Silent Hill f during these broadcasts, the Japanese company looks to have more plans for both games.
Konami recently announced that it will host a livestream dubbed Press Start on June 12. The broadcast will be headlined by Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and Silent Hill f, and is expected to run for around 37 minutes. Unsurprisingly, Konami has teased additional announcements beyond the two confirmed games, but only time will tell what these are. Those excited to learn more about Silent Hill f and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater – and any other games Konami could reveal – can tune into the Press Start livestream across YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook this Thursday at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 3 PM CET.

Naturally, speculation about Konami’s mystery announcements at Press Start has already commenced. A popular contender is the long-rumored Born from a Wish DLC for the Silent Hill 2 remake, which wasn’t part of the original PS2 release but appeared in later editions of the game. Some are also hoping for a potential Xbox version of the Silent Hill 2 remake, but this most likely won’t be announced before the game’s one-year PS5 console exclusivity period concludes on October 8, 2025.
Others are calling for a wider release of Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection, which is currently available only on Nintendo Switch and Steam, and there’s even talk of a new Castlevania or Bomberman project possibly making an appearance during Konami’s Press Start livestream. Interestingly, it was rumored a few months ago that a new AAA Castlevania game could be announced in 2025, and it’d likely be a fantastic show-closer for Press Start. Speculation and optimism aside, Konami looks primed for a bull run in the latter half of the year, thanks to Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater‘s August 28 launch on and Silent Hill f coming shortly after on September 25.
