Following a team of dubious adventurers first introduced in the prose novel Dungeons and Dragons: The Fallbacks: Bound for Ruin, this new comic miniseries offers a fresh story of rivalry and thievery for both longtime fans and first-time readers to dive into.
Dungeons and Dragons: The Fallbacks whisks audiences away to the city of Loudwater, where a party of daring glory-seekers, the titular Fallbacks, attempt to pull off a heist for the ages. The story follows the sly rogue-elf Tess, the loyal human fighter Anson, the bombastic tiefling bard Lark, the devil-may-care dwarf cleric Baldric, and the ever-hungry otyugh companion Uggie, as they face off against kobold thieves and annoying heroes while on their quest for gold. Issue #1 of Dungeons and Dragons: The Fallbacks is set to release via select retailers on October 15, 2025, and audiences can now preorder the first issue at their local comic shops for $4.99.
