For $35, Humble is offering a bundle of Resident Evil games that are usually worth $295.

While Silent Hill is a well-known series and Dead Space has plenty of fans, Resident Evil is the king of video game horror. After all, while other series can compete in terms of critical and fan response, none of them can touch RE in terms of fame. It’s truly a household name. This is partially because, since 1996, we’ve barely gone two years without a Resident Evil game, whether it be a new release or a remake of some kind. So, there are plenty of entries in the series.

You can get all the main ones right now for just $35 from Humble Bundle. This includes the HD remaster of Resident Evil, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 2 Remake, Resident Evil 3 Remake, Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5 (including DLCs), Resident Evil 6 (including DLCs), Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil Village (including DLCs), Resident Evil Revelations, and Resident Evil Revelations 2. So, for $35, you can get 11 games playable on Steam. Buying all of these titles would usually set you back $295. Therefore, it’s an incredible saving. Plus, some of the money goes to two charities in Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Breakthrough T1D, meaning you get to do a bit of good as you’re buying games. You can pay more than the $35 if you want to donate more funds to the causes.
If you don’t want to pay as much as $35 or aren’t interested in all 11 games, other bundle options are available. The ten-game bundle is $20, but Village is removed from the deal. The seven-game bundle removes Village, RE7, and the two remakes, bringing the price down to $10. Then, there is the three-game bundle for $3, which simply contains the original game’s HD Remaster, Resident Evil Revelations, and the first episode of Revelations 2. All of them are good value, but the inclusion of only the first episode of Revelations 2 in the $3 bundle is a bit strange.
Scaring Yourself Half To Death Doesn’t Have To Be Expensive
One thing that is great about this bundle is that it allows you to experience the entire main series of Resident Evil. It doesn’t contain every version of each game, as there is no Resident Evil 4 Remake or the original versions of a few other entries. But you get to see the entire story from the initial outbreak in Resident Evil 0 to Ethan Winters’ living hell in Village. Also, you even get the Revelations games, which are very underrated, particularly the first one. Both titles get the balance of action and horror right and offer decent stories.
Unfortunately, this deal doesn’t last forever. So, if you want to grab a bunch of Resident Evil games for a fraction of the usual price, you must do so before September 12, 2024. If you do, you can join the long debate regarding which is the best Resident Evil game… it’s the Resident Evil 2 Remake.
