Atari Is Releasing A Modernized 7800+ Console That Plays Cartridges This Holiday
Atari is launching the Atari 7800+, a $130 cartridge-based replica of its classic home consoles. It connects to TV via HDMI, plays 7800 and 2600 cartridges, and works with original and third-party Atari cartridges. It includes a wireless CX78+ gamepad and the game Bentley Bear’s Crystal Quest. Additionally, Atari is releasing new controllers and game cartridges, with preorders available.
