Xbox Game Pass subscribers already have five games to look forward to in March 2024, including three day one releases and the debut of Diablo 4 on the service. 2024 has already been an incredible year for Xbox Game Pass, with subscribers to the service getting their money’s worth thanks to frequent additions to the lineup.
January 2024 was a busy month for Xbox Game Pass, with subscribers treated to high-profile older games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and the beloved Resident Evil 2 remake, not to mention the early access launch of smash hit Palworld. February has kept the momentum going strong with the day one release of the critically acclaimed Persona 3 Reload joined by titles like Resident Evil 3, Tales of Arise, and the surprise addition of Dead Island 2.
There are still new Xbox Game Pass games coming in February 2024, but some subscribers may have already started looking ahead to March 2024’s offerings. The full lineup of Xbox Game Pass March 2024 games has yet to be announced, but subscribers already know of five games coming next month. The new Xbox Game Pass games for March 2024 additions will start with Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun on March 5, to be followed by Lightyear Frontier and MLB The Show 24 on March 19, and Diablo 4 and Open Roads on March 28.

For those unfamiliar with the announced games, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a “boomer shooter” that earned mixed reviews. Lightyear Frontier is a sci-fi farming sim with co-op where players complete tasks using large mech suits. MLB The Show 24 is a baseball game that, interestingly enough, is actually being developed by PlayStation-owned San Diego Studio. Diablo 4 is a live service action-RPG that will serve as the first Activision Blizzard game to join Game Pass post-acquisition, and finally, Open Roads is a narrative-driven game about a mother-daughter roadtrip developed by people who used to work at Gone Home studio Fullbright.
The five games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in March 2024 are likely just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to new Game Pass additions next month. The official Wave 1 announcement should come within the next couple of weeks, but Game Pass subscribers can mark the aforementioned dates on their calendars in the meantime.
