A Fortnite leaker has claimed a Captain America: Brave New World crossover is in the offing.

Fortnite and Marvel have a strong relationship which means if new characters are coming to the MCU, or even just getting a makeover, they’ll likely be popping up in Fortnite at the same time, or at the very least soon after. That’s why it probably won’t surprise you to learn that a little more than two weeks out from its release, rumors pointing to a Captain America: Brave New World collaboration are starting to circulate.
The leak comes from Shpeshal_Nick who shared potential evidence not only pointing to Fortnite’s next Marvel skins but also a new DC addition that might be in the pipeline. Seemingly fed up with being accused of sharing unsubstantiated rumors, Nick posted a screenshot of the message they received detailing the info, naturally with the sender’s name removed.
Nick’s contact claims Red Hulk and Falcon’s new look will be coming to Fortnite soon, presumably as new skins. Sam Wilson’s Captain America look already has its own Fortnite skin, however, the hero appears to be wearing a new suit in what will be Wilson’s first movie in the lead role. If the leak is accurate, it will presumably be a skin directly connected to how he appears in the upcoming MCU movie that’s added to Fortnite.
Fortnite Leak Suggests A Brave New World Crossover Is Coming
And A New Superman Skin After That
Red Hulk, on the other hand, has not made his Fortnite debut yet. Finally introducing the red version of the iconic Avenger to the MCU has been a popular decision, so odds are his potential addition to Fortnite will go down well too. I just hope he arrives before the ability to transform into a giant Godzilla is removed. The visual of a bunch of Red Hulks trying to take down a Godzilla is one I’d like to see become a reality.
While leaks connected to a movie releasing in less than three weeks are understandably the more pressing in the tweet above, the Superman mention is noteworthy too. Almost certainly still a long way off and, if true, a skin likely connected to James Gunn’s new Superman movie that will hit theaters this summer.
If the DC reboot proves to be as big a deal as everyone’s hoping it will be, we may begin to see a lot more skins from that side of the comic book multiverse coming to Fortnite. There have already been a lot of Fortnite x DC crossovers, but due to the reach and popularity of the MCU, Marvel remains Fortnite’s go-to. Not only via cosmetics, but also a couple of Marvel-themed seasons, and even an in-game event in which players were tasked with taking down Galactus.
