Diablo 4 Reveals Berserk Collaboration Twitch Drop, But There’s a Catch
Diablo 4’s Berserk collaboration includes a Twitch Drop campaign for the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy.

Diablo 4 recently confirmed the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy as a Twitch Drop for its upcoming collaboration with Berserk, but the diction used in the announcement suggests it may not be a free reward. Fans can expect to learn about how to earn this Berserk cosmetic in the first Diablo 4 IP collaboration ahead of its start on May 6.
Berserk is coming to Diablo soon in the ARPG’s inaugural external franchise collaboration event. The iconic dark fantasy manga and anime series written by the legendary Kentaro Miura arrives in both Diablo 4 and Diablo Immortal, each with their own cash shop cosmetics and in-game challenges to complete and rewards to collect.
To celebrate, Diablo 4 is holding a Twitch Drop campaign. Once the crossover begins, players can earn the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy – a classic icon associated with Skull Knight, as well as Berserk itself – through an event on Twitch. However, the announcement blog calls it a “Support a Streamer initiative,” implying the cosmetic may require RMT in order to collect it.
Diablo 4 x Berserk Twitch Drop May Cost Money
Twitch Drops are typically earned in one of two ways. The first method is simply by spending time watching streamers – usually any in a particular game’s category, or specific channels hosting certain events – such as Blizzard’s ongoing Twitch Drop campaigns for its new Overwatch 2 and World of Warcraft releases. The second type, often referred to as a Support a Stream initiative, requires fans to purchase or gift subscriptions to qualifying channels during the appointed time period.
In the past, Diablo 4 has had both free Twitch Drops and ones that require subscription purchases to commemorate major game releases. Players will have to wait for further clarification on the details in the weeks leading up to the Diablo 4 x Berserk collaboration on May 6.
Even if this Twitch Drop does require purchase in order to earn it, there are several free rewards fans can earn through the Diablo 4 x Berserk collaboration. Though the Berserk character armor sets, Schnoz pet, and Warhorse of the Hawk mount and mount armor will be bought in the cash shop, players can get cosmetics like the Hawks Destiny Back trophy, Skull Knight’s Heraldry Mount Armor, Brand of Sacrifice Marking, Foretold Eclipse Headstone, and the Od of the Berserker Emblem in exchange for Behelits, earned through in-game activities. Regardless of one’s budget, it seems like everyone will be able to walk away from the Diablo 4 x Berserk crossover with something.
