Future Foundation skins for Invisible Woman and The Thing in Marvel Rivals will be released on June 12 at 7 PM PDT.

Marvel Rivals has revealed that it will be releasing new Future Foundation skins for both Invisible Woman and The Thing on June 12 at 7 PM PDT. NetEase Games recently launched its major Season 2.5 update for Marvel Rivals, which added Ultron to the popular hero shooter as a flying Strategist.
Due to the number of flying heroes present in the game, some players have expressed frustration with the state of Vanguards in Marvel Rivals. With three flying Duelists and a Strategist, it’s possible for teams to be made up of four flying characters and two grounded heroes. There are even team-ups between these flying characters to encourage players to use them together. Because of this, some Vanguard players feel that they’re at an extreme disadvantage on the battlefield. Most Vanguards lack any kind of powerful ranged attack, which means they’re almost entirely reliant on teammates to take down flying opponents. Some gamers feel characters like The Thing seem to have taken the biggest hit, as he’s both grounded and extremely melee-focused.
n a recent post on Twitter, NetEase Games revealed that players will be able to purchase new Future Foundation skins for The Thing and Invisible Woman in Marvel Rivals. While there’s no official word about just how much either skin will cost, they’re scheduled to release on June 12 at 7 PM PDT. Both characters are wearing white costumes with blue accents that appear to be more high-tech than their default outfits. Invisible Woman is sporting a shorter haircut than normal, while The Thing’s costume actually covers a large portion of his upper body.
Marvel Rivals’ Invisible Woman and The Thing Are Getting Future Foundation Skins
Mister Fantastic also has a Future Foundation costume, which is available for free in Marvel Rivals‘ Combat Chest for Season 2.5. The MVP animation for Mister Fantastic’s costume also features Invisible Woman, The Thing, and Spider-Man in their Future Foundation outfits. While Spider-Man hasn’t shown up wearing the costume in the game yet, many players believe it’s only a matter of time before he arrives in the store.
NetEase Games recently courted a bit of controversy within the community, as not everyone was happy with Wolverine’s Weapon X skin in Marvel Rivals. While some people loved the design, others were upset by seeing the Duelist wearing long pants, which is a major departure from the costume’s design in the comics. Some people even brought up Invisible Woman, stating that her revealing Malice costume should mean that Wolverine can be scantily clad as well. Despite a few hiccups here and there, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
