A popular Marvel Rivals leaker has revealed that the iconic location K’un-Lun could be coming to the popular hero shooter as a map in the near future. Marvel Rivals recently released its major Season 2.5 update, which added the villain Ultron to the game as a playable character.

While many players were eagerly awaiting the arrival of Ultron in Marvel Rivals, a sneak peek at his gameplay had a lot of gamers concerned that he may need to be buffed. Since his release, the community has been discussing Ultron’s abilities and just how balanced they feel during a match. Some players believe Ultron is completely viable, especially when paired with two other Strategists on a team. However, numerous people have suggested that his reliance on other healers means that he isn’t a useful Strategist. Some fans have also complained that his ultimate seems weak in comparison to other Strategists and Duelists.

In a recent post on Twitter, the prominent dataminer X0X_LEAK revealed dialogue between characters that suggests a map of the iconic Marvel location K’un-Lun could be coming to the popular hero shooter in the near future. The leak includes voice lines from Marvel Rivals‘ Rocket Raccoon, Storm, and Hawkeye. Rocket Raccoon even mentions delivering a tablet to Shou-Lao, which means K’un-Lun could end up being a convoy map. Some players have been wondering if the new map could be released alongside a relevant character, as the location is strongly associated with the hero Iron Fist, who is already in the game.

Her victory over the other candidates means that players will receive a new skin for the popular Vanguard, though it won’t be coming immediately. Instead, NetEase Games announced that gamers will need to wait until 2026’s Hellfire Gala. With so much content to enjoy and even more just around the corner, many fans are feeling optimistic about the future of Marvel Rivals.
